Welcome to InTecur

InTecur is a Tokyo-based consultancy founded by William H. Saito to help clients in both the private and public sectors respond effectively to issues facing them in today's rapidly changing and increasingly complex technological environment. We bring a strong background in the fields of information technology, product development, global corporate strategy and IT security to the task of helping manufacturers and organizations find and develop appropriate applications and markets for new technologies.

William H. Saito

One of the world's leading experts in encryption, authentication and biometric technology, Mr. Saito has spent the past two decades shaping information security policy and developing and implementing new technology standards as well as establishing startups and managing public corporations. Fluent in English and Japanese and an expert on Asian cultures and business practices, he is frequently invited to speak on security and related issues at public and industry meetings. He has also served as a consultant to several governmental and private sector organizations, including the FBI and Department of Defense in the United States and (currently) METI (Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry) in Japan.
